This patient lost two teeth due to failed root treatments. We could have attempted to re-try the root treatment  however the success rate drops by 50%, opposed to the 98% success rate of dental implants.

Two dental implants were placed and a healing period observed, during the healing stage we often place a “sticky bridge” as a temporary measure to fill the gap. This is generally determined by the patient and what they feel comfortable with.

The case was finished with two dental implant crowns and the patient was very happy with the result. The pictures show the healing caps and the finished implant crowns.
